After this period, no claim can be accepted, unless otherwise provided by law.

8.13 Articles L216-2, L216-3 and L216-4 of the French Consumer Code
Article L216-2
If the trader fails to fulfil the obligation to deliver the goods or supply the service on the date or by the end of the period provided for in the first paragraph of Article L. 216-1 or, failing that, no later than thirty days after the conclusion of the contract, the consumer may terminate the contract by registered letter with acknowledgement of receipt or in writing on another durable medium if, after having requested the trader, in the same manner, to make the delivery or supply the service within a reasonable additional period, the trader has not done so within that period.
The contract is deemed to be terminated upon receipt by the trader of the letter or written notice informing it of this termination, unless the trader has performed in the meantime.
The consumer may terminate the contract immediately if the trader refuses to deliver the goods or supply the service, or if it fails to fulfil its obligation to deliver the goods or supply the service on the date or by the end of the period provided for in the first paragraph of Article L. 216-1 and that date or period constitutes an essential condition of the contract for the consumer. This essential condition results from the circumstances surrounding the conclusion of the contract or from an express request by the consumer before the conclusion of the contract.
Article L216-3
Where the contract is terminated under the conditions provided for in Article L. 216-2, the trader shall refund the consumer the full amount paid, no later than fourteen days following the date on which the contract was terminated.
Article L216-4
Any risk of loss of or damage to the goods is transferred to the consumer when the consumer, or a third party designated by the consumer other than the carrier proposed by the trader, takes physical possession of the goods.
Article 9 - RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
9.1 Without prejudice to the provisions of Article 10.4 below, the customer has a withdrawal period of 30 working days from receipt of the entire order placed on the Online Shop (i.e. sixteen (16) days more than the statutory withdrawal period).
Receipt of the order means the delivery of the parcel to the address indicated and the taking of physical possession of the goods by the customer or by a third party, other than the carrier, designated by the customer.
During this period, the customer may return the Article(s) that do not suit him or her, free of charge and without any other penalty.
9.2 Within this 30-day period, the customer must inform SABRE of his or her wish to withdraw, using the withdrawal form attached to the order confirmation email, the paper form included in the parcel, by calling +33 (0)1 30 09 79 70, via the online form on the SABRE website, by post (to 4 allée des Vergers, 78240 Aigremont, France) or by any other unambiguous statement.
Confirmation that the withdrawal request has been registered will then be sent to the customer, together with a prepaid return shipping label, SABRE bearing the cost of returns from France and the Member States of the European Union.
9.3 The customer must then return the products concerned to SABRE (at the following address: SABRE Customer Service, 4 allée des Vergers, 78240 Aigremont, France) within a maximum of 14 days of notifying the decision to withdraw or of receiving the prepaid return shipping label, whichever is later. The products must be returned in a carefully packed box.
9.4 The customer is only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the products.
9.5 Effects of withdrawal: If the right of withdrawal is exercised under the conditions defined above, SABRE will refund any sums already received for the purchase of the Articles subject to the withdrawal, including delivery charges, within 14 days of the date on which it was informed of the customer's decision to withdraw.
This refund may be withheld until SABRE has received the goods back or until the customer has supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is earlier.
9.6 The refund will be made using the same means of payment as the one used by the customer for the order, unless expressly agreed otherwise with the customer.
9.7 Withdrawal form
The withdrawal form and the information on exercising the right of withdrawal are sent to the customer by email after each order together with the order receipt, and are included in paper form in each parcel of the order.

Effects of withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery, without undue delay and in any event not later than fourteen working days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract. Article 15 – GUARANTEES
15.1 SABRE guarantees the conformity of the Articles sold on the Online Shop. Accordingly, any claim under the legal guarantee of conformity (provided for in Articles L. 217-4 et seq. of the French Consumer Code) or the guarantee against defects in the goods sold (within the meaning of Articles 1641 et seq. of the French Civil Code) must be addressed to SABRE – 4 allée des Vergers – 78240 Aigremont – France.
15.2 SABRE is liable for any lack of conformity of the goods with the contract under the conditions of Articles L. 217-4 et seq. of the French Consumer Code, and for hidden defects in the goods sold under the conditions of Articles 1641 et seq. of the French Civil Code.
15.3 The guarantee for any goods sold by SABRE on its Online Shop is 24 months from the date of actual delivery of the goods.
15.4 Products or services that have been modified, repaired, integrated or added to by the customer or by any other person not authorised by SABRE are excluded from the guarantee.
15.5 Legal guarantee of conformity:
When acting under the legal guarantee of conformity, the customer:
- has a period of two years from delivery of the goods to take action;
- may choose between repair or replacement of the goods, subject to the cost conditions provided for in Article L. 217-9 of the French Consumer Code;
- is exempted from proving the existence of the lack of conformity of the goods during the six months following delivery of the goods.
This period is extended to twenty-four months from 18 March 2016, except for second-hand goods.
The legal guarantee of conformity applies independently of any commercial guarantee that may be granted.
The customer may invoke the guarantee against hidden defects in the goods sold within the meaning of Article 1641 of the French Civil Code and may choose between cancellation of the sale or a reduction of the sale price in accordance with Article 1644 of the French Civil Code.
15.6 Legal guarantees
All Products sold on the SABRE Website benefit from the legal guarantee of conformity (Articles L217-1 et seq. of the French Consumer Code) and the guarantee against hidden defects (Articles 1641 et seq. of the French Civil Code), allowing you to return Products delivered that are defective or do not conform.
15.7 Legal guarantee of conformity
You have a period of two years from delivery of the Product to take action under the legal guarantee of conformity.
In this case, you may choose between repair or replacement of the Product, subject to the cost conditions provided for in Article L217-9 of the French Consumer Code.
For contracts concluded on or after 18 March 2016, you are exempted from proving the existence of the lack of conformity of the Product during the twenty-four (24) months following delivery of the Product. For contracts concluded before that date, the defect is presumed for six (6) months.
SABRE undertakes, as far as possible and reasonable:
either to replace the Product with an identical product (subject to available stock);
or to exchange the Product for a product of equivalent quality and price (subject to available stock);
or to refund the price of the Product within 30 days of the legal guarantee of conformity being invoked, if replacement with an identical or equivalent Product proves impossible.
- Article L217-4 of the French Consumer Code: The seller shall deliver goods in conformity with the contract and shall be liable for any lack of conformity existing at the time of delivery. The seller shall also be liable for any lack of conformity resulting from the packaging, the assembly instructions or the installation where the latter was made its responsibility under the contract or was carried out under its responsibility.
- Article L217-5 of the French Consumer Code: The goods are in conformity with the contract:
If they are fit for the purpose usually expected of similar goods and, where applicable:
- if they correspond to the description given by the seller and possess the qualities that the seller presented to the buyer in the form of a sample or model;
- if they have the qualities that a buyer may legitimately expect having regard to public statements made by the seller, the producer or its representative, in particular in advertising or labelling;
Or if they have the characteristics defined by mutual agreement between the parties or are fit for any special purpose sought by the buyer, made known to the seller and accepted by the seller.
- Article L217-12 of the French Consumer Code: Any action resulting from a lack of conformity is time-barred two years after delivery of the goods.
15.8 Legal guarantee against hidden defects
In addition, you may decide to invoke the guarantee against hidden defects in the goods sold within the meaning of Article 1641 of the French Civil Code. In this case, you may choose between cancellation of the sale or a reduction of the sale price in accordance with Article 1644 of the French Civil Code.
To invoke the guarantee against hidden defects:
1- the defect must prevent you from using the Product normally;
2- at the time of purchase, you could not have detected the defect affecting the Product;
3- the defect must not result from improper use of the product;
4- you must take action within two years from the day you discovered the defect in order to benefit from this guarantee.
You may choose between cancellation of the sale or a reduction of the sale price in accordance with Article 1644 of the French Civil Code.
- Article 1641 of the French Civil Code: The seller is bound by a guarantee against hidden defects in the thing sold which render it unfit for its intended use, or which so impair that use that the buyer would not have acquired it, or would only have paid a lower price for it, had he known of them.
- Article 1648, paragraph 1, of the French Civil Code: An action arising from latent defects must be brought by the buyer within two years of the discovery of the defect.
To exercise the legal guarantees, please contact SABRE (see Article 10 of these General Terms and Conditions of Sale). In any event, SABRE's liability shall not exceed the value of the Product(s) purchased.
15.9 Exclusion of guarantees: The guarantees do not apply to defects resulting from any intervention on your part, such as misuse or repair.
